Unite With Art 2010 - Absentee Bidding
Patrons that are unable to attend the Unite with Art Auction & Gala event, and who wish to place bids may instruct Unite with Art to bid on their behalf. A representative of Unite with Art will make an attempt to purchase the desired lot or lots for the price indicated by the patron. Unite with Art offers this service as a convenience to patrons unable to attend the auction. Unite with Art will make every effort to do so, but neither the auctioneer nor Unite with Art, will be responsible for any error or failure to execute absentee bids.
Placing Absentee Bids
To place an absentee bid on selected lot(s), please complete the absentee bid form provided and fax it before the prescribed deadline.
Please place your absentee bids as early as possible. In the event that identical bids are received, the earliest received will take precedence.
Important: Please complete one form per lot you wish to place bids on. Make a photocopy of this form. Please be sure to accurately record the lot number and description, as well as the maximum price you are willing to pay for each lot.
To allow sufficient time for processing, absentee bid forms must be received before 12:00 noon June 2nd, 2010. Unite with Art will contact you to confirm your bid by return fax. If you do not receive a return fax confirmation, please contact the UNICEF office at 604.874.3666.
